What do i obtain when i return the axe to the owner/statue of the invincible dog? and does it give you the option to keep the dog?

You will get an achiev thats 10g but you can't keep the dogg you can only keep the axe but if you save before you hand in you get the achiev load the game you saved and keep the dog
