How to retrive the dragonstone

I have know idea! Cause I had to restart as an Argonian, lvl 4; cause my lvl 12 Khajiit got stuck at the dragon, eagle, & wolf lock door, trying to find and kill the dragon that destroyed Helgen when you were lvl 1!
