Ranger Station Easy cardio
At the beginning of the game, go to the Ranger Station (the circle on the map where zombies can not spawn/respawn) like a "safe area". Either run to the left or right while turning the cam in the way you are running when you are in the parking lot of the Ranger Station. Rest and stop till it totally fills up when stamina is diminished. Repeat this procedure to remain to enhance your cardio level. This procedure takes a while, however because the opening area of the game does not include any challenging zombies (plus day cycles do not take place up until after you reach the church), this is a good time to develop the cardio stat. Having a high cardio level will provide you even more stamina for things such as running, climbing up walls, and melee combating.
