Ranger Station - Easy cardio
At the start of a brand-new game, go to the "safe zone" of the Ranger Station (The map where zombies can't spawn or respawn). Either run to the left or right while turning the cam in the direction you are running when you are in the parking lot of the Ranger Station. Rest and stop up until it totally fills up when stamina is diminished. Repeat this procedure to remain to enhance your cardio level. This procedure takes a while, however given that the opening area of the game does not consist of any difficult zombies (plus day cycles do not happen up until after you reach the church), this is a good time to develop the cardio stat. Having a high cardio level will certainly provide you even more endurance for things such as running, climbing up walls, and melee combating.
