Niko, you're providing the cheat for a PC version, this is for Nintendo's 3DS.

Kara, what you need to do is check the last tab on the touch screen where your lifetime wish and everyday wishes are listed. There should be a box beside the lifetime wish icon that has a chest and a cumulative number. If you tap on it, a list of rewards will show up (and pause your game I believe). You can only make one need completely static, which would be your bladder/using the bathroom. Unlock "Steel Bladder" to never have to use the restroom again! Then, there are two others that slows two of your needs. "Hardly Hungry" impedes your hunger meter, and you can go up to two days without eating before hunger is a threat to you. "Dirt Defiant" slows your hygiene meter tremendously, and the only way it goes down normally is if you're exercising for a long period of time. You gain more points by keeping your Sim's mood high, and personally I like to keep it at the tiny region at the top of the happiness meter. Be sure to thoroughly read the description of each perk before you spend the points on it, for you may not entirely like it.

To instantly satisfy all of a Sim's needs, tap on the Karma Powers menu. It is the smaller icon next to the build button on the touch screen. Scroll down to "Energize" and spend two (or three, my memory is failing me) Play Coins on it. This adds an Energize option to your cursor on the display screen. Hover over to your Sim and click on them, and select the first option- Energize. They should then do a little animation that lasts about five seconds and then be fully satisfied. As you should know, you collect Play Coins by putting your system in Sleep Mode (simply closing it while it's on) and take it along with you for a walk, or going to the corner store or any other place. It's simply a pedometer that records your steps, and every 100 steps you are given one Play Coin, which can be used in a variety of games.
