The Trash Pack Answers for 3DS

How can I reset the game?

So, I got my son a pre-owned version of the Trash Pack game. When he tries to put it in his 3ds it works, but acts like he's already in the end of the game with many characters already leveled up. How can I reset it so he can start from the beginning?
