Adventure Answers for Atari 2600

Secret credits?

In the late 1970s, I vaguely recall a secret way to reveal hidden credits from the creators or developers of Atari 2600 Adventure game. I remember my buddy's brother taking one or two of the objects and placing them just past the solid line on the side of one of the screens. I attempted to do this 30 or so years later but cannot recall the exact step(s) to do this. Anyone aware of it and/or recall the step(s) involved? You will see the solid line blinking, and pressing the line while holding an object or dropping it beyond the line did it. Thought it may have been the screen where the solid line is on the left. Result is names or either the developers or creators of the game flashing on the screen.
