Kicking all trash cans in town over

Hi! How do I complete the goal:"kick over all the trash cans in town?" Its the last goal I need! I've already tried kicking all the trash cans infront of the houses over and I've created two jerk sims already. The goal just won't disappear. Please help!

It can only work if your sim is a jerk. Its in his persona.

You must be missing one of the houses. make sure you kick over your own trash too.
