How to get married to Kayleigh?

I have been trying to get married to Kayleigh for weeks now, calling her, visiting her etc. even giving her chocolates! but no call. Help me!

P.S:I also dressed nice when romancing,and got a tan. I followed her round, calmed her down, restrained her etc. but as I said, no call. someone pls:HEEEELP MEEEE!
