Well the first time i used seeds to help because i wanted a challenging battle so i recommend keeping a few reviver seeds stun him first with a stun seed or move the use violent seed or vile seed properly. then set my partner to run away because she kinda kills dialga too fast and makes it boring and i just use force palm because the move can stun and make sure that annoying roar of time does use all my reviver seeds (riolu is my main if you couldn't guess)

What I did for both of my games (sky and time) I thought my starter dig and beat him in like 3/4 hits with it and I also thought my partner dig too
