Miracle sea is impossible!

I'm a level 61 riolu and my partner is level 64 (Vulpix) I'm trying to save manafhy from her sickness by getting her a phione dew but miracle sea is so hard! I try not to take Vulpix because she's a fire type but still it's so hard. Suggestions?

Go to temporal tower and get dialga,or go and get mystery part and secret slab to mystifying forest last floor and 10F and you can find celebi in 10F and darkrai on the last floor, you can bring them to miracle sea.
