So when it comes to level 360, before you even hit the "play 1" button on the menu, you have the option to get 3 bombs for 175,000 coins, which can be helpful to you. You don't pay for coins (well you can), but you earn them by playing the game. You can see how many coins you have in the top left corner on the menu. But for beating the level, unfortunately I can't type out a step-by-step process to beat the level because it is going to vary every time you play based on what color bubble you have. What I can do is tell you that you need to learn and pay attention to the color sequence on the level, meaning what color the bubble will become once you shoot. It is purple to green to blue and back to purple, (sometimes they change the colors on a level so if you get different colors, learn the sequence). Once you learn that sequence, you can predict things better. That is all I can really tell you. You just have to play it until the planets align and you get the color you need at the right time. Of course if you don't mind spending money, just buys more bubbles.

Be ambitious. Shoot as high as you can so you can connect colors above the bubble blowers and drop them. Sometimes you can't shoot too high like in the beginning, but where you can, do it. The bubble blowers activate as you move up, so when you shoot high it helps with later play as well. It will get rid of some ice chains before they completely close in. The bubbles seem to come a bit in streaks. Try to take advantage of that by anticipating the rotation of the flip flop bubbles and clearing a section. (Purple, green, blue) Hope that helps.
