Question & Answers

Has anyone passed level 417?

This level seems impossible to pass without any type of purchased help. The bubbles run out before I'm half way through. Any suggestions?

When it comes to level 417, you are correct, it does seem like you don't get enough bubbles. The only advice I can give you is to attack from the sides rather than the bottom. Bounce your bubbles off the walls and get them as high as you can on the sides, that way you are skipping a lot of the ice. There isn't much more I can tell you about this level, you just need to play it until the planets align and you get the right color bubbles at the right time. But like I said, attack from the sides. Once you get to that star bubble, hit it with the same color the baby bubbles are.

I took a slightly different approach than the one above. It is a hard level and it'll take several tries. You'll notice that the bottom has a fair number of light bulb bubbles in one color. The middle has a different color and the top another. At the beginning, hit the switch directly above and clear the very bottom row with the first few bubbles. This is the color of the baby at the top. The bubbles should start coming in the color of the light bulbs in this section. When you are lucky you'll get several in a row and can make a good dent in the bottom rows. Avoid the switches for other colors. When you get the color of the baby bubble again (the original color) shoot up and around to the middle section. I thought it was a little easier to do the left side. You'll hit the switch for the lightbulbs that are common in the middle but try to postpone that until you've made a little progress in the bottom section. Once the color for the middle is 'on', start working that color in that area. Try to avoid the switch for the light bulbs that are mostly at the top until later. Try to clear the middle as much as possible. Hopefully the bottom is clear at this point. Then work the top. Most likely you'll win the game with one bubble left. It is that kind of game. Good luck with which ever strategy works for you. I think either can work but it'll depend if you get the colors to match your strategy.
