Child at heart?

My 14 year old adopted girl, Geometry, still acts like a child while her 14 year old sister studies, researches, and does homework, she is playing cook, looking for daddy, and jumping on the bed! Am I glitching or are some children just like this? This is only my first gen, I started over* so I know they are meant to mature at age 14 but it hasn't happened yet... What does it mean? Is she just a child at heart? Lol plz help me, -JJ Jasper

Yes she is. They're still considered as a kid even though they're 14. I have my 16 year old chid she plays, do homework, play train, etc. i think they're totally random

Its normal.once they are in the range of age from like 21 and up,they stop doing that stuff.I had a 18 year old jump on the bed right before he went to college.

It's normal for kids who are 14 to keep playing. She will start studying and doing homework and stuff. You can have her prepare meals instead of her parents though.

Hehe sometimes in real life it takes a long time for people to mature. Age is just a number maturity is a choice.

I did same thing too. I let the 14 years old boy play with the adopted 3 years old girl so she won't feel lonely but of course, he stop when her mother just saw him. It's kinda funny and I say 'busted' but he also studies and do his homework. He only stop playing at the age of 15 to 18.
