Benefit of enigmatic seed

Is there anyone who van tell me what is the benefit of using enigmatic seeds? They are very 'expansive' and the only outcome I've had from them is normal plants... Do you have to do something special? Do I Miss something?

They ARE so expensive, and I got seaweed from mine! So ticked! 10K for grass? This game better work on some things. I'm not planting another enigmatic seed, the (newly raised price) mystery seed will have to do.

"supposedly" it gives u a better chance at a rare than the regulare mystery seed. beside making you buy it for challenges, the only point of it is for people who do not want to use real money to buy pearls. the pearls guarantee you a rare plant, but if you dont want to spend real money to buy pearls to buys that rare seed, the enigmatic seed and reg mystery seed are your only options. from what i have seen and heard, it usually only actually grows a rare plant if you plant several of them at a time and harvest them all together, sort of like with the reg mystery seed. except there is no sparkles that appear to let you know if you will get one or not. i think i had to plant maybe 3 of them to actually get a rare plant. hint- on level 24 you have to GROW a rare plant from EACH of the 3 mystery seeds. it takes ALOT of time, money, and algae so SAVE UP!

I'm not sure if there's anything to it yet, but I was on a roll planting mystery seeds anywhere that purple glowing light was around the plant combos that attract the little fish. I planned 6 seeds and got 3 rate plants to pop up. It just doesn't seem to work more than once for the same location of purple light plant combos. But I think there's something to out whenI've gotten a rate plant and fish from each purple light plant combo.

I planted an enigmatic seed in a lighted area. It did show sparkles when I fed it and it turned out to be a rare plant. Good thing because they are expensive and gobble down the algae.

Thinking, of getting a red frogclown fish, plant 8 rare seeds for this thing, I planted 14 rare plants, and maybe two were rare! I fed them and really looking for that red frog fish thing, oh, big disappointment came from this page to say that those rare seeds needed to produce 8 rare plants. Oops! My bad. Now, I was really hoping to get a rare plant and a new rare fish by purchasing a Enigmatic Seed for 10,000 coins and 4,000 alge, nope. I got a fancy 19 pearl ornamental that doesnt produce anything and it isnt a factor on recruiting rare fish or guests either. Take your changes on the 10,000 coin plant.

I've planted an enigmatic seed twice and both times was rewarded with an ordinary plant. You would think if you spent10000 coins with feedings of 2000algae each time, that you would automatically be rewarded with a rare plant. I've been burnt twice and will not waste that many coins with no guarantee reward!

My opinion is that mystery seeds are better than enigmatic seeds because if you get a ordinary plant from a enigmatic seed I would be so mad but if I got it from a mystery seed I would be like the same and for me mystery seeds cost 800 sd and enigmatic cost 10,000 sd and 2,000 algae

I don't like the "expensive" seed it takes all your algae, wastes so much money, and to top it off you rarely get a new plant. On the bright side it doesn't take as long

Hey so what? The enigimatic seed costs so much SD because it has more chance: 8-10 times I get a rare plant from that seed! Do you really want to waste your SD on the regular mystery seed, with only 15% chance of a rare plant when there is a 60% chance enigimatic seed sitting right next to it? Sure it's not a extraordinary or spectacular seed with a 100% chance, but think of the enigimatic seed as a improved mystery seed. In fact, I actually grew a mint water hyssop from an enigimatic this morning!

I just don't see the point in spending 10K SD and 6K on algae for the enigmatic seed to MAYBE give you a rare plant. I like to feed my rare fish and collect theirs pearls. For 900 algae I can feed 3 rare fish and get 3 pearls. Also I return to the game faithfully everyday. After 5 consecutive days you get 8 free pearls in total. I say, buy the extraordinary seed with your pearls. Its cheaper. And gives you the same chance.
