Question & Answers

What do the symbols mean?

Can anyone tell me what the symbols above the plants in the Nursery mean? I understand how much a plant costs, what it produces and how often it produces. But on the corals for eg. at the top left corner it has a number and an algae sign and then there is a clock with a time on it. What do they mean?

Answer from: Me
That means how much algae you need for each step of growing it. You know how it will make you give it algae like 3 or 4 times (I forgot how many times) it's just telling you that. :)

Answer from: From tee tee
The algae number is how many algae will be applied and the clock is how often

When you buy the new plants, they need tobe fed 3 times before they are mature enough to begin producing Algae (or Sand Dollars). The symbols at the top show you how many Algae each feeding will require. The clock shows how long between feedings.

Thank you for the replies, it is what I suspected, but wasn't sure, so it's nice to get the right answers from people who have been playing longer than me.
