Paid for Halloween lanterns & they aren't showing up?
I had paid for the halloween lanterns this morning the $9.99 for 300 of them. They have never showed up in my inventory. I know the charge went through because I have a receipt from Itunes showing it. How do I get my money back or get the lanterns? I was trying to finish the quests? Not too happy about this. Why isn't it easier to contact G5 on problems or questions with the games? Please help!

Trena, Check your iTunes receipt for a line which says report a problem. Click thru link and report your problem directly to iTunes. I had the same problem, but I took a more direct route by calling the iTunes customer support phone number. I did have a short wait on the phone but I did get my money back. And I did check my credit card charges on line to make to make sure. Good luck!

I reported the same problem with my crystal purchase. After I left the game for a bit and came back, I was asked to input my I-Tunes password (hope I wasn't hacked or something) and when I did and the game opened, my crystals arrived. Problem solved before contacting I-Tunes.
