This issue is annoying but it is solveable, no matter if you have it on PS2, Xbox, PC or digitally. This issue or 'glitch' happens due to the games amount of cheats used. Every cheat uses a certain amount of memory on the games disc or digital megabite and so overloading the memory on the disco or megabite can result in glitches. Thats why non-cheaters wont of found the glitch because the memory has stayed the same. But of course were only human, more than half the population who play the gta games do use the cheats, why else would the games creaters and developers put them their.... not to use them? I don't think so. It can still be difficult with them, anyway...

All but PC disk users: Before beginning this mission, you must save your progress. If you don't know which mission it is then, as soon as a 'white diamond' appears near 'the four dragons casino' known as the 'mafia' logo on the map, save your progress. (easiest place to save is outside the four dragons casino as you won't have to far to travel to get to the building)

PS2/Xbox users only: Once saved, turn off your console and clean your disc and (if possible) gentley blow your console drive, this is to remove any dust or fluf that may prevent play, it will also decrease glitch possibility. Turn on your console and begin the game. This is the most important bit of all, I know it hard to hear this cheaters but DO NOT USE A SINGLE CHEAT! Don't use any, not even 1. It maybe a little harder to complete but it is possible, it might take just a few goes. If you don't use a single cheat, the cut scene will not glitch, and the mission will be complete. Of course save now so you can put that ugly mess behind you.

Digital users only: Reopen the game and most importantly DO NOT USE A SINGLE CHEAT! Head over to the mission and continue to not use a single cheat, not even 1. It may be slightly harder but it is not impossible to complete. The final cut scene will not glitch. Save after, so you don't have to go through that chaos ever again.

PC disk users: easiest solution of all, deactivate all your cheats and no glitch will appear. If you don't know how to deactivate your cheats. Just follow the 'all but pc disk users' and 'digital users only' sections and it will have the same effect. Just remember to save after the mission is over, so you don't have to go through the nightmare again.

I hope this helped you all. and of course if any more glitches happen like this, save before the mission, don't use any cheats and you should have no glitches. Good luck to you all. I'm out ;D
