Immortals: Fenyx Rising Answers for Playstation 5

Hidden Shrine quest?

I try to get golden amber, there is one in Forgelands where Prometheus suddenly starts narrating about it and mentions a shrine made with love, and Fenyx can interact with the altar and comment about something. Are this those hidden quest? I don't see anything else unusual nearby aside from a rock with Hephaistos' symbols. Is it just a thing Hephaistos made because he does love Aphrodite despite her being a huge jerk to him, or is there more to it?
