Guide for Gallery Images?

Has anyone posted a guide on how to fully unlock all gallery photos? I know half are impossible to miss if you play the story and the rest (minus one) are all kissing scenes with different outfits but I'm still missing the very last photo. I'm not sure what I'm missing as I've completed every guy's routes (even kyle's secret canon ending) and also completed the single ending. Is there something I'm missing or is this glitched?
